Topic having to do with dancing + simple chord progression + RANDOM-a$$ music video = pop chart topper.

She apparently puts on a really good show for her fans, but I can't stand her music. They all have that relentless dance-beat undertone with the overdone synthesizer. It's club/dance music, and hopefully she doesn't start grabbing all the awards at the Grammy's for "best rock album" and "best country album"

Typical famous pop star bullcrap is all it is. I haven't bought into any of it for various reasons, including the ones nanabush mentioned, and that is the reason why Lady Gaga sucks, along with most other pop stars today.
