This is such a scary piece to perform...yet such a tremendous joy to listen to, no work at all. That run of tritones in both hands so close to the beginning is killer...to start out with that!

I feel kind of dumb stating such obvious things. I guess if there's a criticism, it is to let the individual sections be more sectional, more individual in there own worlds. It's as if it's not gelling because your trying so hard to make them gel. This is in the transitions; there's too much space; they can be more abrupt. Part of this will surely take care of itself just by days going by...time is like magic. The space of time creates that comfortable buffer of comfortability which assembles things and, and, and...I don't even know what I'm typing anymore, lol.

It will be great to hear your next performance if you decide to share it, and it will be great to see how the piece feels after multiple performances.

Good job! 8)

p.s. I don't know if you know the young Emil Gilels's recording of this? It made such a strong impression on me and is still unparalleled in my mind. Check it out if you can.
Don't let anyone know where you tie your goat.

I don't know the piece very well.. But I want to comment anyway. What's up with the applause?! Sounded like 2 old people clapping.

Oh, and well played. I liked it :) That's what I, the great master of Liszt, have got to say about this piece

Well you can't always recruit loads of listeners. So here I applaud virtually, like, as I'm sure, many forumers do :) 8)
