It's the Murdoch's transcription, and the file contains the complete 4 movements, gently supplied by Thalbergmad.

There is a wonderful recording by pianist Piers Lane for Hyperion, the 3rd CD from their collection of Bach Piano Transcriptions.

Naxos has also a recording by Ray Lev, in his own valuable transcription (J. S. Bach Piano Transcriptions Vol. 2)
