Well, Chopin's got another score, or so, of nocturnes you could look at. As well as another couple dozen preludes. If you're into a little more contemporary stuff, check out some Scriabin preludes, his earlier sets (e.g. Op. 11, Op. 17) are good introductions to his style. Or for more recognizable listenable (for most) stuff, check out Rachmaninoff's preludes and etudes-tableaux. Particularly op. 23 no's 4 and 5, and of course the C#min, posth.
As for Christmas stuff, there are dozen's of Christmas sheet music collections of varying difficulty to be had at basically any sheet music shop or website. Also check out George Winston's music. Some of it is rather evocative of Christmas, and sounds quite pleasing for the most part.
