Immortality. Just kidding, I'd buy a big house with everything I want in it.

What was the last piece you played?

the last piece i played, i was quite fond of, so much so that i devoured the whole thing. It was very creamy and smooth. I played it with a delicate (ssen) touch... from a fork... I did not savor on it long, as it was a piece of strawberry cheesecake. Don't play with your food comes to mind.. On the piano though maybe - Burgmuller ballad.

haha ... sometimes I am both a tiny baby soul as well as the oldest imaginable soul.  Sometimes my soul feels so old it scares me - but then I have to grow some more out of the fear ... heh ... which just makes me older  :'(.

A:  I am the true.

Q:  Who was the most influential person in your life?

Ultimately, it's probably been myself  :P (and my Maker).  I think I'm forced into that answer  :P (and perhaps we all are).  Unfortunately, I am always doing something I can hardly comprehend ... haha.  Of course there are some people who have had (and do have a) tremendous impacts on my life, and are people I admire and value deeply.

a reheated curry with some extra olive oil and chili spices. Or maybe a slice of bread in a frying pan full of butter, some battered egg and milk. a smattering of cream and flick of maple syrup. and a freshly squeezed orange juice.

if you had to be a shape, what kind of shape would you be. And why that shape (maybe what advantages to be that shape. And what colour would you be too, maybe you'd ward of predators with a certain striking color or maybe you'd be 2d or 3d or 4d)

I've been thinking a lot about this lately because there are so many perceptions and misconceptions and all kinds of things regarding what that is supposed to mean.  What I can say is that, more and more, I think that it is not a static attainment nor a particular achievement, it's not a certain mental or emotional height, upon which we rest and, consequently, plateau.  No, I do not possess happiness - as though it were a human possession to either hold or not hold.  I think happiness is a dynamic activity, a kind of deep, progressive application of our natural being to our daily lives and I am very willing to explore and gain insight into happiness as that activity, and its unique character of be-ing.

Q:  Did you practice as much as you would have liked, today?

Haha! A good question. :) I usually list Ravel, Debussy, Gershwin, Schumann, Bach and Sibelius as my favourites, but I think I like Ravel the most because I am a bit similar to him.

What is the oldest and the most recent piece you have got in your music collection (CDs or digital on your portable music player, whatever it is :P )? My oldest pieces are on the "Dance music in 1600s" while my most modern piece is Messiaen's "Oiseaux exotiques" on my mp3 player. :)

So it's really hard not to get frustrated while praticing that. And also I can't seem to finish Bachs Sinfonia no. 2. It's frustrating too  :-\

No, I have had someone else fall asleep on top of me while playing though. When I first met Bel (my partner) she was particularly upset one time so I picked her up, sat her on top of me (facing me) and with my arms around her played 'music of the night' from the phantom of the opera. Now its kind of like her thing that calms her down and makes her feel better if something bad has happened..  to sit on me while I play..

A: unequivocally, a Late LATE night person. i flourish with energy and insight during the night. I always loved the mystery and phantasm of the darkness since i was a child- it never scared me at all and i always played jokes on my brother by standing in the corner facing the wall until he walked into the room. Blair witch style.
