Pieces/Performances that inspire practicing sessions.

Just thought this might be an interesting topic. I'd like to know what gets your juices flowing the pieces/performances that make you think the work your putting in will all be worth it one day. For me its this Glenn Gould performance

It always brings a smile to my face and makes my want to practice furiously for days. I realise its all subjective but I'd love to hear your contributions , Thanks

Now this IS an interesting and difficult one - before a practice session I will always listen to recordings of pieces that I will play soon.
While I may be a pianist, just think how wonderful it would be to be apart of an entire orchestra as a conductor with a hundred musicians at my finger tips, playing something like:

Inspiring and refreshing.
Incredible, just incredible.

Uematsu - Those who fight. Begin work on this sometime in the spring once I have momentum on my Chopin and Scriabin works.

this thing always jazzes me up and makes me want to work on anything late romantic or modern/20th century.
