Chopin's prelude op28 n1

I am learning this piece right now. And I find bar 22 a bit difficult because it requires a big extension, and as I have small hands.

What hand position, wrist motion ... should I use here to achieve that chord ? Any advice would be welcome.

Use the pedal to hold the first note in the right hand, then after you play it with the thumb, come off the note and get your wrist in position to play the D# and B. Since you're not holding the first B, it should be easier to play the top notes.
