Is it Bache piano concerto in e major?
That's what everyone replies when they listen about him. He was a very prominent composer of the romantic era, student of Sterndale Bennett. He had written a piano concerto in e major and other compositions, but he died when he was 25 or so years by tuberculosis...
Now, the only two composers that come into my mind with e minor are Chopin and Rubinstein... I don't know who else... Is it Rubi 1st?
