It was on Jonathan and Charlotte on the 2nd November 2012 on ITV, UK its really pretty and its at the end started at about 44mins into the TV Show thankssss<3

Can't put my finger on the exact piece -but I think it is Einaudi -I Giorno -sounds similar-check out a lot of his music anyhow -you should find the right song -
