I am considering purchasing a reconditioned 1976 Kawai 5'1" Grand for use in our church. It appears to be in mint condition and has been thoroughly checked by a piano technician. The company offers a ten year warranty on parts and labor. Any comments or suggestions?

It's probably a fine piano. My only thought or question is about its size.

Depressing the pedal on an out of tune acoustic piano and playing does not result in tonal color control or add interest, it's called obnoxious.
