Best Music Intensive's- Young Muscian's Camp?
on: January 30, 2013, 04:22:06 PM
Hello Everyone, I am thinking of auditioning for a scholarship to the Music camp of my choice. The only thing is i have no Idea which camp i would go to. I am a FL native so a music intensive in Fl would be good! But if it was It would need to be in the Miami area because even though i do not live there I have a musical aunt who I could stay with! If I stay with her I was looking at the Young Musician's camp. Hosted by Frost school of music in the University of Miami's campus. Does anybody know about this camp? Does it have a good program for young pianists? For a background on me I am 15 years old in the 10th grade. I play at a level 7 by piano street's grading scale. I would probably go into YMC's per-college level. If I do not go to a camp in Fl I could go to one in Houston. My Grandmother lives just outside of Houston. Does anyone know anything about the Programs near Houston? I would be happy for feed back. Also Would I be considered early advanced in a setting with kids from 9 years of age to 12th graders? I would love some help. Thanks
