my computer has gone mental
on: November 14, 2004, 12:16:52 AM
i should really call hp help services or something but i don't know if this is that big. my computer is being weird at the moment, but generally it's dealable with. however it's latest problem is that the 'back' button in msn explorer isn't working- like i click it and it just stays on the page it's at and it's highly annoying.
so does anyone know if i should bother calling hp about my stupid computer or just attempt to figure it out myself? or does someone know what is going on with my computer? stupid thing it is mental

Reboot it.  As well only have one browser on at a time, and don't use applications not needed, like windows media player or whatever.

Tash,

It might have something to do with your Temporary file settings. If you look under 'Tools' then 'Internet Options' and then the 'General' tab. See if you have allocated space for History and Temporary Internet Files.

Just an Idea.

P.S: You are right. Colour is definitely with a 'U'.

i virus scan my computer every 3 days and it says it's fine, possibly because i don't surf up nude pics! stop muddling me up with yourself!
