Piano recommendation
on: March 19, 2014, 09:46:20 PM
Currently have an old Korg C-3500 my dad gave me to practice and several other keyboards I have tried. All have uneven key velocity issues causing some keys to sound louder or softer with same finger velocity. Could be that they are all on the old side. Its really annoying when playing chords or passages and one note stands out like a sore thumb while others you can't hear at all.
I am now looking to get a new electric piano but I am looking for something that has consistent good key mechanisms with good velocity action and weighted but nimble keys to play classic piano. Don't care about the included sample sound itself since I will be using this as a MIDI controller with Synthogy Ivory II VSTI.
Basically what is the best classical piano keyboard controller? I wan't the controls to be as dynamic and close to the real thing as possible.
