An informal friendly group for adult learners doing classical grades who would like to gain performance experience and meet similar individuals. Sessions take place at a school which has a good grand piano and facilities to accommodate a dozen or so people.

I'm not an expert in any way, just an ordinary adult beginner plodding my way through the grades (currently on 5). I thought it would be good to try to calm my performance nerves by getting a group of similar people together to play for each other and share experiences.

There'll be no 'workshop', training or 'expert' pianists, just a chance to meet other players who are in more or less the same position and to perform pieces before exams. Anyone at 'grades' level is welcome, there's no joining fee, and the cost on the night is £5, which goes to the school to pay for piano tuning and music dept. costs.
