Admission will be very competitive. They have a 10% acceptance rate, which isn't much higher than Juilliard. Many of the kids who go there could have gone to places like Juilliard and Curtis, but chose Bienen because they also wanted a top notch liberal arts education, which you can get there via double degree. I know a very talented violinist who is doing the double degree program, but probably had a multitude of conservatories to chose from.

You probably know this, but for your audition you'll need one piece by Bach, one classical sonata movement, a romantic piece, and an impressionist or contemporary piece. I think they are looking for pieces slightly above the level of the sonata in your video. However, a year and a half is a long time. You have plenty of time to prepare.

Keep in mind that at 10%, it has the same acceptance rate as Dartmouth and Caltech. Only applying there would be equivalent to only applying to one of those institutions and hoping you'll get in. If you have your heart set on going to a conservatory, you should probably apply to some other places as well.
