Agreed. Trolling. Makes me wonder about the repertoire threads. Not really wonder, but it's the same thing. It makes me wonder if it was a genuine attempt at rep board posts or just more trolling.
Hi Bob,
There isn't any need to go there with the t-word. Every composition and pianist I've added to the Repertoire forum is top notch. If I wanted to troll that forum, I could find a lot of "junk" music on YouTube to add, and with not particularly adept pianists at the keys, but that isn't what has happened. This is all repertoire which I feel passionately about.
Regarding the subject of this thread, I am going to post on what I have observed, and to Piano World and in due course. That website is not like Piano Street, and after the controversy and one locked thread already there it would be good first for there to be a pause to let things calm down a bit unless - in addition to my first ever locked thread there - I also want to get banned.
I am not going to get myself banned over there just because someone says that I am "trolling" over here.
It is an easy accusation to make without adding some flesh to the bones with even so much as a definition of trolling.
I don't have a definition of it to offer, as I have never accused anyone of trolling and I would not do so without at least something like a definition to fall back upon in case the other person (as here) were to disagree.
Mvh,
Michael
