Hi senanserat,
There are countries and city states where you can buy citizenship through investment or financial deposit. You are working on a video game, or something for an app store. Sell 350,000 downloads, and make $1 per download - then you may be free. Or maybe it would need ten of them, with about 35,000 each. Where there is a will, often there is a way.
