At the moment I'm doing my masters in Holland and I would love to follow some lessons with Maria Joao Pires.
Does anyone know where she teaches?

Maria João Pires is in Brazil, in Lauro de Freitas, Salvador, Bahia State.
She is well known there.
As you know, she is portuguese, but she went to Brazil after her project of Belgrais, in Portugal, failed.
Just now, I think she is for a time in Portugal, trying a new project like Belgrais, but I am not quite sure.
I think you may ask for her sending a letter to Conservatório Nacional de Mùsica, Rua dos Caetanos, Lisboa, Portugal. There someone may tell you where Maria João Pires is just now.
