Can anyone identify this song?

I heard a song on the radio the other day that I would really love to learn to play.  I thought I would remember enough of the words to google it later, but I only remember a few parts of the melody.  I attached the two parts that I could remember.  I probably didn't get it in the correct key, and the rhythm may be a bit off but that's how I remember it. 

If anyone can tell me what it is that would be great.  It's been driving me crazy the last two days.
