Looking for "bridge" music

I'm going to be accompanying a high school play (it's a wonderful life radio show), and I need to find sheet music for it. Specifically, I need a "bridge" piece that will be played numerous times, mostly during scene changes or to represent a change in time.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
