I liked it a lot. Very nice playing AJ!
Together with No. 2 they make for such an entertaining performance program.

Very nice.  I particularly like your subtle rubatos, like the slight pauses just before the melody leaps.

I just checked into my files, and determined that I played this Impromptu, along with No. 4, in a recital in December 1984, although I don't think I have a recording of it.  One thing I'm pretty sure I did differently was to play the inner arpeggiated triplets more quietly, blending them into the pedal, so that you just hear them as harmony behind the melody and the bass line.  Also, I think I played the piece faster, with a little more forward drive, which makes it easier to blend those arpeggios into the texture.

I always enjoy hearing your interpretations, though, and this was no exception. :)
