Hey, i would like if anyone could guess how they recorded the distinctive piano sound in radiohead- daydreaming. I ve never heard a piano sound like that.

I think they used a lot of compression to decrease the attack, they cut off the brightness, a lot of reverb, they located the mics in the low corner. I also have the feeling they put something in the strings.. like some extra dampers...
