So the time has finally come to choose audition repertoire. :-[I have about 1.5 years before auditioning so ample time to learn something difficult I guess. Basically am looking for etude suggestions for small hands(not Chopin). I am already learning Chopin's op25 no6 which seems to be working out well. I've had my eye on Liszt's feux follet, but the stretches were just impossible(Note: I can only reach an octave).
Mazeppa is also one etude I find just so gorgeous, but I have a history with injury so I'm not sure I'd want to play such a "stamina" piece as I've gotten trouble with those before, however for me only a few spots look "treacherous" and the rest is just "very very very hard"

. Also looking at Chasse-Neige. Any suggestions of etudes with similar difficulty for small hands?
My other reperatoire will probably include Chopin's 3rd sonata, some schubert, and lutoslawski, havent decided which Beethoven Sonata yet either.
