I used to use it, but it injured my hand.
I no longer use it, as I found the injuries not worth the finger strengthening.

Interesting.  I just got out my weights gloves again a while ago.  I'm thinking those have to be used carefully -- rest/recover afterward -- but possibly useful.

Peeling potatoes and carrots, washing the dishes, vacuuming, etc..  is exercise for my hands.
