How Many Hours Should You Practice the Piano? – The Lines Between Science, Method and Passion

It is a timeless question, a persistent voice in the mind of every pianist: “How many hours must I practice to truly improve?” It springs from a perfectly legitimate desire to measure the commitment required to transform our ambitions into sound, whether that means playing a simple minuet or dreaming of the world’s most prestigious stages. Have you seen the video by Graham Fitch, the link below?    He discusses bending the melodic line as if you were singer that would be singing it   There is a lot of thought provoking information in this link

basically play it like you'd play any other Chopin piece...but remember only players like Hoffmann and Rach should do that.  ::)

not bad!
You seem to have a solid foundation. You bring the melody out, good ballance between the voices.  Now focus more on interpretation, play freer. Avoid metronomical playing at all costs!
Try to experiment more with rubato, otherwise Chopin's reoccuring themes sound repetitive.
If you are not sure how to do that, I would suggest listening some recordings to get ideas. You can't go wrong with the greats, like Rubinstein, Richter, Horowitz
