I can see english is not your first language. I appreciate that, but your English doesn't make any sense.

I don't know what you are asking.

I think you should use google translate to convert your request.

Even so the youtube video is in... Russian? You should ask for Russian responders

regards,

I will attempt to translate this.  Disclosure:  I only speak English and only know a few words of Spanish.  I also know nothing about piano regulation or pianos in general.

Iliya is a beginner piano tuner.  He does not have a special tool to regulate his home upright piano.  He is able to adjust the let-off point for a single hammer using his fingers only.  Why not do this (assuming it’s a single hammer), instead of buying expensive regulation tools on Amazon?  Regards.

Here is a link that shows piano regulation tools sold on amazon.com

https://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=piano+regulating+tools&tag=mh0b-20&index=aps&hvadid=78683851796977&hvqmt=b&hvbmt=bb&hvdev=c&ref=pd_sl_8ulzgy2brp_b

Here is a Wikipedia article for piano maintenance.  I include the definition of “Let-off”.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piano_maintenance

•   Let-off, the point when the hammer disengages from the jack and flies freely. If the let-off is too large, it can be very difficult to achieve a pianissimo, to execute rapid trills, and to play powerful fortes; if too small, notes can acquire a "pinched" sound, or even block.

I never ask anyone for help to translate my words to english because I feel I am able to express myself well without their help.  In this thread, I show a clip about how to fix the LET OFF problem using "fingers only".

If you were so kind and had time, you probably could write on the competent English essay Max of 2011 , Petrof about.
Now Maria is already a certified musician, she successfully graduated (Moscow State College at the Moscow Conservatory). In July 2018 she successfully entered the Academy of Music. Gnesin, Moscow.
https://forum.pianoworld.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/2574579/re-upright-piano-petrof-which-changed-the-lives-of.html#Post2574579
Here my essay about Maria(Masha), her first steps to music Olympus about.

Upright piano "PETROF" which changed the lives of

Chinese proverb says: "Give fishing rod suffering and hungry man but do not feed him a fish." I'll start my story about a young but already famous girl pianist from Uralsk, Masha Sidorovich. The fact that I was fortunate enough to help her or rather her parents in choosing the upright piano. In the future this choice is indirectly have an influenced the fate of Masha and, I hope, that he was made conscious and correct.
I will start from afar since otherwise it would be difficult to understand how the purchase of a piano can change a person's life. Throughout the narrative I'll try to be objective and concise. Those who want to know what really happened, please be patient. So, as often happens in our lives a tuners walk on one side of the street but their customers walk on the other side and unfortunately often they have not meet. In our case there was a similar situation except for a small nuance, after the wrong choice a piano but as it turned out later, the usual " a divorce client on a money" bad Uralsk city tuner, Maria remained "one on one" with this monster "sovmuzproma" upright piano "Belarus" 1972. Next I will give her the word and Masha says about her "Belarus" and all the trials connected with it's:
"I went to a music school class of the theater and choreography and " add piano". A parents once bought me my first upright piano "Belarus"1972. For first time study playing it's piano satisfied my requests. But after the first class I decided to go to specially department piano to learn to play professionally. In time before 3 years my upright was all right, and then the problems started. Me was very hard to playing because "a pitch floated after a week as a tuner got out". My "Belarus" had to adjust almost every month. In 5th grade started serious problems. I even wanted to quit music school because I did not understand what the teacher requires me.
When I was playing at home, heard one thing, but when I came to school, everything sounded as different. Parents began looking for a new piano to me, it's searching for almost a year. And in 2009, a month before my birthday and 3 weeks prior to the international competition, I got my Petrof. See it's we went with his uncle Maxim (Max). He was supervisor of the transportation of the piano also and he tuned it. At full tuning a piano took 3 days, maybe even a little more. The sound was wonderful, although the piano was old. To the competition I was preparing on a new upright and finally was able to understand and fulfill the requirements of my piano teacher.
At this competition I won the 1st place. My victory in the competition it merit of Maxim, who prepared Petrof for my music studies. My home piano is a top aide in all my endeavors. Let's love your piano! "
For simple layman may seem strange that the piano from the sublime and poetic object of worship and inalienable subject of musical culture, can turn into a monster capable of not only "not to be a friend and helper" but also to discourage the child's study, which wish to music-making. It should be clear that in Soviet times it was very fashionable to set records of the annual the amount created the machines while never anybody cared about it's quality. For exceeding the plan were discharged bonuses and incentives were given vouchers and more.
A factory "Belarus", which made a defective of technology in the manufacture of piano 1971-73 years. " It's theme another story". Tens of thousands of " 200 kg travelers " spread in huge territory the former Soviet Union. Some of it's was a tested in specialized music stores and sent to his native town of Borisov. Where there was no specialized points of sale musical instruments and it's technical service it's literally "took eternal rest". That is uninformed customers has bought a "instrumentik," wanted a tuner, finding him and tried to tuning it's. A month later a pitch get out. On the part of such a playing on that piano look as similar to the methods of inquiry of the Spanish Inquisition in the Middle Ages, something like iron maiden. If suddenly a parents understood comparing with the sounds of a neighbor's piano that plays their piano " our have not the good amplitude of a sounds," they tried to quickly get rid of it or seen off at the "eternal silence" in a garage or shed. In our case Masha very hard and diligently learned the basics of music by defective "Belarus" and she had secret hope that day will pass away and "it sounds must right."
However, this did not come. A tuner which gave an advice "to buy only it's piano", occasionally he went here for " a hammering pin" while not disdaining to take money for "repair and adjustment." "Belarus" with each passing day more and more came into disrepair, turning terribly sounding thing as "big old barrel organ." Natalia, mother Masha, leaves no hope to rectify the situation. She was looking for a man capable to fix their piano. And once one compassionate teacher of music school gave Natalia my home phone number. Initial inspection is a piano, I made a disappointing verdict: "For piano lessons that piano can not be use."
I well remember the reaction of Masha and Natalia for my decision, however, taking into account that practice playing still need I used my method tighten pin (cardboard shim). After my job I explained that the guarantee of quality I can not give, and strongly recommend to look for another piano, otherwise you just need to forget about piano's studies.
I want bring a clarity that to find a piano for buy and have quality of its transport, it is an art in our province city. Okay, let and used pianos, then nobody sold, according to Natalia she literally "throw up their hands." Advice on buying a digital piano Natalia led to the decision not to do so in any case. At that time when we had full of despair and our "Belarus" refused work helped a event.
One of women teachers of the music school which very understood and sympathized for Masha in her trouble, gave a chance call the phone a relative, who sold "Petrof" in that time. Natalia called to me with a request to I did inspected the piano. It should be noted that the time I was very busy but I could not deny her in that consultation. Used piano "Petrof" really was very good in quality: a nice velvety sound (tenor), deep bass and velvet "not screeching" discant. All was happy but the piano has never been serviced over 15 years. A pitch was almost a semitone below A = over 420Hz. Unregulated work of an action to call a concern in me. However as I noticed that felt of a hammers was as if would be in new piano and I has thought that played on it a little. So the fact of the sale took place. To transportion it's "our Petrof" we used a lorry. We got up upright pianos on the fifth floor of a five-storey panel block house.
At first times our "Petrof" tried "abutted against" and it's did not wanted to play at the new place. I tuned, regulated the hammer action, but here and there " to darted out" an off-standard sides of an action our upright. I had to come back and fixed it's now and again! Masha, Natalia and Masha's grandmother prayed to God that it's played as it should! A month later our fears vanished a piano began to work to delight us with their breathtaking sounds. Masha and her music teacher by Svetlana Alexandrovna Vastyanova had a common practice holding lessons on home upright piano "Petrof" as in the music school at that time was bad pianos. According to Masha, her mother and her grandmother a professional approach to mastering the piano have tuner's job that timely supporting a piano in good condition. I as a tuner was very pleased to hear it. Let's agree that tuned and technically correctly adjusted the piano is a pledge not only a good musical sound but it's instrument of a formation intellectual and harmoniously developed personality also. Of course, all of the many victories Masha musical competitions, are a consequence of its exceptional performance and her talent, it's huge work her highly qualified music teacher. But quite reasonably would to believe and to hope that " hands of uncle Max" also took part in it. And gold gerbils of Masha's medal it's my modest victory

Wouldn’t it be a better translation, as well as a more reasonable request, to ask someone  to work from the original language?  The text above is a history of the piano purchase and not a translation of the process shown in the video; maybe you should also  get the video translated in order to have a larger audience.

Thanks, Dogperson.  Also, as much as I love translating small things on occasion, I am not a trained translator.  Also,  I did very poorly in English in school.  I never received a higher grade than a "C".  I am a very bad speller, also. Also, I tend to repeat words a lot. Also, I tend to ad-lib a lot.  If I were to translate your essay, I know I would say a few words about the great Russian chess master Petrov (Алекса́ндр Дми́триевич Петро́в) and his turgid opening line called the Petrov defense.   ;)

Joking aside, your essay deserves a good translation that I am unable to provide.  Best of luck.   :)

i'm glad that everything is not so bad. If the meaning of the Max's essay is understandable, then it is not necessary to rewrite, I think. You are right, in short, the speech in the essay is just about the fact that Maria did not have a piano. She had a "Belarus", but it was a factory marriage (ALL pins of the pianos were lost). Max was called to rectify the situation. It was decided to buy Petrof. By the way, "Petrof" after a long time of idle time, "refused" to play as stanadart. Not modestly, but Max brought it in line, I suppose. (video made one year after purchase)
This is a video where Maria performs music when she came to Uralsk during a canicle in Moscow colledge:

I dare to assume that the victory at the international competition this year is in part and Max's contribution in the form of his assistance in the regulation Maria's " Petrof "
