What are the best editions of Chopin Nocturnes? Henle is great, but expensive for some students.

I started learning from the basic Schirmer editions but I remember as soon as I was going to take up op. 48 No. 1 and Op. 55 No. 1, my teacher used Paderewski's edition. Same applied for the Polonaises (if I'm remembering correctly).
No matter what the edition, a piano teacher who has knowledge of Chopin's music and his style will no doubt be beneficial to your understanding of a piece as you progress.
