this is nice, but.... I'm kind of having a "déjà vu", or rather "déjà entendu"
check Bill Evans' "Peace Piece" out if you haven't yet:

Wow he stole my idea  >:( ;D

Yeah I hear what you’re saying I’ve never heard it before. It seems to me that so (5th) to do (1st) in the left hand is what makes it sound the same. And it’s similar tempo.

I like that so-do feeling in the left hand it’s very calm. It’s like he composed a famous piece anyone who does just the so-do and the similar speed it sounds eerily familiar.

Wonder if I published this would I hear from someone regarding a copyright issue? I mean it’s the same deal as jazz guys playing over I got rhythm or some standard’s chord changes but changing the name to not pay? I’m not saying I copied though but I get how someone might think so.

it's true, a lot of music is based on common progressions and V to I is just one of them.
The improvisational feel of the right hand and the calm mood make the two pieces very similar. I'm not saying that you copied at all: I simply believe that unknowingly composing music that was already composed in the past by pure chance is very possible and probably very common :) Whether it would create a copyright issue... I have no idea.
Anyway, it's a very pleasant piece. And btw, awesome technique on that Liszt's paraphrase  ;)
