Hi guys! Wondered if anyone knew the best places to buy letters written by composers, and if anyone knows how price ranges go. My dream would be to own letters by Chopin (or Liszt) but unfortunately I saw one sold up to 600 000 euros! I'm also interested in Mme D'Agoult's letters (Liszt's lover)

Reading them is one thing, owning them is completely different. 

IMO, these things belong in public archives not personal collections.  Think about all the other people and study disciplines that could benefit from having access to these documents. 
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach
