Using Czerny to debunk Wim Winters
on: July 15, 2020, 02:44:06 PM
Hi everyone!

Czerny has, for a very long time, been the achilleshiel for the single beat movement, and the go to guy for the double beat. In this video, I explain why he's wrong, and shows the ridiculousness in his arguments.

Could you put all your arguments with this gentleman into one single thread, and perhaps not in the student thread?   The first video did not teach me anything, and I don't know whether it was even intended to teach anything.  It's like somebody getting into a fight with someone, and then knocking on all the neighbours' doors to carry on the fight.

Where would you like to see this topic?  IMHO, there are students who have asked about William Winters  will learn from this. Additionally, I can’t think of where else it should go.  If one student reads this, and watches the videos and learns there needs to be ‘historical evidence’  and ‘critical thinking’ it has been a great learning tool.
