You just looking for view count increases? You never actually interact with any comments here.

ermmm it's piano street... don't think he has much to worry about. As much as I love Sorabji, I don't see this being the reason behind his post. Interesting performance, I'd like to hear a better acoustic set up though. It was performed well but in all honestly, I didn't feel the magic... Sorabji is a tough one. Good technique though!

I'm with you on this one. I'm sick of people who simply post to farm for YouTube views. Guy hasn't interacted with the forum in 8 years, but then his last few posts are just videos so he can increase his viewcount.

Hi, I'm the actual pianist behind this video. I didn't post these videos on this forum and I didn't know they were posted on here. If you do have questions, I can try to answer them.

You guys crack me up... sorry, but a guy wearing a mask, playing sorabji on the piano is not how one gets views.

Now if he posted a 30 second  clip of playing sorabji with a cat singing along it might be a different story.

Even if that is his intention, who cares? not going to impact you in anyway. Just comment on the music or don't. Move on in life. It's still a good performance.

ps... if he wanted to increase his view count, you can buy 5000 views for like 10$. There are much easier ways to go about this then Sorabji. Focus on the music...maybe he doesn't speak english well and doesn't like to comment. Who knows and who cares.

Well that is an interesting development. The Sorabji Conspiracy grows...

May I ask how you found out about it then?

Through advanced Google search methods. Though, I don't do this often enough to keep track of everything on the internet. I also do periodic checks to make sure things like this don't happen where I'm being misrepresented.

I see... not that I care but it's quite convenient that the same day you posted, you also happened to use "advanced google search methods" to find this post on piano street.

That being said .... Someone must really not like you if you are being misrepresented playing Sorabji on this forum.

He has the best of intentions, but perhaps not the greatest public impressions. I wasn't aware he was posting these on here.

So much story telling. Uses Google, forgets about the dad story and then backtracks, dad secretly posting videos of son lol. Gosh. I shall ignore these posts.

no worries... it doesn't matter. as long as music is being made and shared then that's all that is important.
