No coda is the best because it's subjective ;) but I really like the sense of mounting catastrophe that arrives in the coda of the 3rd scherzo.

Overall, the 2nd Scherzo is my favorite to play. I think the 4th is probably his most creative, even though there's not a lot virtousic fanfare in it. The 3rd's coda however, probably takes the prize for being the most dramatic and fun to play. Even though I like the 2nd Scherzo the most, the final page gives me a "deadline's in a day I need to end this piece somehow" sort of vibe.  :P

Haha I think that coda is fine, it functions well as a buildup and final climax.
