Women and the Chopin Competition: Breaking Barriers in Classical Music

The piano, a sleek monument of polished wood and ivory keys, holds a curious, often paradoxical, position in music history, especially for women. While offering a crucial outlet for female expression in societies where opportunities were often limited, it also became a stage for complex gender dynamics, sometimes subtle, sometimes stark. This improvisation references Claire de Lune a couple times, but it's not obvious (until the end).  Can you detect them?

Hi. A nice flow of ideas. There are contrasting sections, juxtaposed,  which work well.
You might considering writing it out, and perhaps lightly editing here and there.
There can be much gained from doing this, especially as your choices may become more refined.
Also, if you do this, some of the messier sections can be practiced, which would then give a more convincing recording.
