Concerto etiquette
on: July 10, 2024, 04:34:30 PM
Playing full concerto in a few months for the first time. Any etiquette and tips I should know about like dress (female here) or shaking hands or bowing or the like?

I think the attire would be the same as for a solo performance? probably also depends on how formal the performance would be. something comfortable.
usually one would shake hands with the first chair violinist and the conductor before bowing
before and after the performance
which concerto are you playing?
