Rite of Spring
on: May 13, 2005, 10:20:12 PM
I am listening to this at the moment and i just thought this would be a good time to make a nice little thread to rave about it. This peice is amazing. It's amazing, it really is, it's just so amazing that amazingness needs a whole new calibre of description to describe it. Lol, well maybe it isn't that good, but it really is amazing. I just thought people might like to rave along with me. Feel free to rave about any other orchestral peices you think might just be amazing.
PS i love that bit just past the middle with the odd time signatures. The bit that goes budalim ... dudalun, if that helps. It really does amaze me and will never cease to no matter how many times i listen through it.

If you like the Rite of Spring you would also probably like The Miraculous Mandarin by Bartok.
