I just feel like I'm missing something and want to broaden my musical knowledge.
I'm sure there are many, many pieces.

leroy anderson's music.  just listened to the C major piano concerto on WRTI and it's one of my favorites.
do you know why benches fall apart?  it is because they have lids with little tiny hinges so you can store music inside them.  hint:  buy a bench that does not hinge.  buy it for sturdiness.

Some of August Durand's music. When I was in Brazil, I bought this book from France, with the copyright of 1892. Pretty old, but has a lot of awesome musics by the composer.

You are talking about 99.9% of the piano repertory. :P

Alkan, symphony pour piano solo

I guess you haven't been around this forum too long because there are some people who seem to think Alkan is better than either Chopin or Liszt, and especially his "symphonie".
