Ahh... I just came from the sauna. The greatest Finnish invention ever!
How many of you outside Scandinavia have experienced it? I'm curious (and will soon find out it's commonplace and will feel like a moron?).

theres Sauna's everywhere man...i hate going to the ones at the gym cause old guys pack in there and put vapor rub on the vents and stink the place up

$:-\$ I use scented oils like eucalyptus or 'forest'. It's relaxing - unless it's too hot. Then your nostrils will burn. Tea tree oil might be too strong...
