1. tdsThat's all I need to list 'cause you are so incredbly cool - your threads are of utmost inspiration to me(!) But this probably doesn't mean too much to you, coming from one of the lowest ranked members on pf.

Five favourite Piano Forum members
in no particular order-bernhard, steinwaytony, xvimbi, thracozaag, jlh
oh this is a bit childish! it reminds me of primary school kids naming their 5 best friends in front of all their friends. it's rejecting i tell you but boliver you can be in my top 5 if you put me in yours lol. but we're too cool to be put on anyone's list hahaha
5) That crazy woman piano teacher from Romania who didn't believe her students should have fun.4) That guy from England whose posts are longer than the complete works of Shakespeare.3) That guy who writes like he thinks he's Ali G, and had one too many meltdowns resulting in him being banned.2) That idiot about a year or so ago who thought all piano teachers were useless.1) That wierdo who keeps posting questions and suggestions in the "PF Website" area that no one ever responds to.
Ok, is anyone else getting sick of tds' threads? Look here:https://www.pianoforum.net/smf/index.php/topic,8203.new.html#newAs to the (dumb) question: I like all of you equaly (for the most part)
remindes me of me before i got owned by administration.
Exactly. Nils probably doesn't want absolutely pointless threads on his forum.
Hmmm, I haven't really gotten to know anyone that well yet. Heres a shot, no order.-tds-boliver-skepto (i miss him) lol-Fred SmallsYes, i love myself. jk(btw: tds, you started this thread, yet you haven't listed yours. you're on mine, so i better be on yours, jk, lol )

tds has to be one of my least favorite piano forum members at the moment.
Of these, I think only the obscure riddle thread has any value at all.
I'm going to go ahead and concur with you.I don't care if he's putting stuff in "miscellaneous" and "anything but piano", he is causing a downward trend in them. There used to be somewhat serious conversations in there, albiet mixed with worthless ones. But no longer.Current Most recent threads in "Anything but piano":AddictionWhat does my name meanWhat are you listening toNot into politicThe obscure riddle thread--->asian here<---Of these, I think only the obscure riddle thread has any value at all.
us asians? usa asians, u mean?well, everyone please note, the following is tds' definition of asian person ( if you fit in one of the eight points, you are asian ):1. everybody, who likes asians2. everybody, who thinks s/he knows quite a bit about asia and asians, in general.3. everybody, who has been to asia4. everybody, who has tried asian foods ( liking them or not )5. everybody, who uses asian products6. everybody, who has the slightest drop of asian blood7. everybody, who thinks s/he is asian8. everybody, who thinks asians are smartYes, the Editors of the Oxford Dictionary contacted me several times, wanting to buy my idea. well, too bad, i just can't sell it for too cheap . oh, please carry on...tds
I am extremely offended by the language used in this thread and think it should be lifted! (Atemp to quote "erotic piano pieces" after I posted. LOL)I guess im not asian then!!!OOOOOOOOPlz don't hurt me im only playinOw, cut it out, ow!(jk, asians are proly the smartest ppl) wait, that makes me asian....
Mikey, I do not think you have taken time to consider what you are saying. You post in tds' threads about how pointless you think they are, yet you don't post in any other "pointless" threads and rant about them. This seems to me a personal bias, for some reason a mystery to me, against tds. Have you not seen the mass amounts of ridiculously pointless threads in this forum? You should go check out "off topic". Also, thanks for quoting me in your last post; I was particularly fond of that humorous post. Humor1 is something that you apparently aren't familiar with. Many of these "pointless” threads you speak of are just people having fun2, taking a break from conversing about piano. What seems pointless to you is not necessarily pointless to others. If you hate "pointless" threads so much, do not waste your time posting in them or looking at them. The people who create them do not intend to hurt you, I'm sure. Thanks Fred Smalls1 https://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=humor2 https://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=fun
heh anda, I was about to put you on my list with Rachmaninoff, Chopin, Brahms and Debussy but you refused to write me a piano ballade where I could slide a fax machine across the two octaves surrounding middle c. Payback's a pregnant dog ain't it.
MiscellaneousPiano competitions, master classes, concerts, books etc.
What is this doing in Miscellaneous anyway:
i'm sooooooo sorry to have just missed your list! as for the ballad - i refuse to write works that might result in piano damage (i don't care much if the pianist gets damaged, but i really like pianos ) anyway, i don't think you can cram a fax machine in two octaves (little less slide it across). not to mention that the thread was more about fists, elbows, arms, and so on.anyway, list or no list, my offer is still valid - a scherzo (no fax-machines, no heavy additional stuff) - but you're not allowed to play it publicly unless you play it exactly as written (and that might not be so easy )
mike, like 75% of your posts seem to be complaining about tds. so how is that not spam?
*clears throat* e'hem...he is alright, tash. he prolly just gotten a lil carried away. otherwise, everything should be back to normal. best, tds
Back to normal? Haha, this forum is the farthest thing from normal I've ever experienced.
