I always knew I was well in the intuitive introverted quadrant since reading Jung years ago. It came as a surprise that I am very judging and only 12% thinking though. I shall have to ask people if I come across like that. I would have tended to say I was strongly thinking and only very mildly judging.

Another "Thinker."  I was beginning to think I was all alone.

Our company uses this testing.  The idea isn't so much to channel people into a certain stereotype, but rather it is to, hopefully, allow people to develop the understanding that there are many types of people out there and many ways to interpret and/or deal with situations.  By understanding these differences you can often times eliminate a great deal of conflict.  Is it a panacea?  Hardly, it's just helps people be more aware.
