No - Pianistimo is a woman, an American, a kind of Protestant Christian, an apparent creationist and an admirer of Leroy Anderson; I have no recollection that Schumann was any of those things...

Less certainly is more if you consider the fact that the void left by her being gone is the "less" part, but the benefits constituting her being gone are the "more" part.

Ah.  I am unbanned.  Finally.  You'll never know how hard it is to have fan mail you can't answer.

Rob-the-Dude - you look kind of like 'Joe the Plumber.'  Please take this as a compliment.  That is - if you are the same Rob-the-Dude that is on My Space - or something like that.

Well, flattery will get you everywhere.  However, i am not so gullible as to know that being unbanned the day before Halloween means somebody thinks i can scare the buggers out of them if left until the day before.  Hmmm.  what shall i do?  Play something on the piano?

I hate to admit it - but lately i HAVE been doing more the pianomom 'thing' than the piano piano thing.  But, i have been teaching piano, too - so that takes time.  Having time to just plan and think about lessons takes time, too.  Time management.  Bob.  What are your thoughts on this one again?

You were banned?  By Nils or a self-ban?

My best idea is to block out time and work only on that project during that time.  Whatever gets done, gets done.  Prioritize, then block out time according to that, and try to plan out things will happen (but don't write that in a calendar because things will always change).

You are deluded rob.  :-\

Do some background studies on members before you dedicate juvinile threads to them. I personally get frustrated by pianistimo (not because she is female, which she seems to think) because of her continuous disruptions, her futile attempts to convert everyone and her insulting opinions.

Personally, I think she should visit a psychologist because she needs to get her mind sorted out. In fact, no. The psychologist would then need to visit another psychologist and it would start a never-ending cycle.

Why do people "attack" her? Why can people not stand her on this board? Read her numerous, religious rants and you might find out why...

g.w.k, I find her non-religious contributions interesting, and as I din't read the religious ones, have no problem with her in general. She doesn't irritate or frustrate me, and I like reading her posts.

She isn't in need of a psychologist, and you insult her to say so. You don't know her in real life, so back off.

GWK, trying to convert anyone is indeed a problem. But I see no insulting opinions. Let the woman be. I've seen worse Christians. This is far from it. If you're frustrated, that's your problem.  ::)

Thanks, pianochick.  It's really not important if people love me or not.  If God loves you - that's what matters.  It's kind of interesting to me that tolerance is expected of Christians but free speech is reserved for non.  As an American, it's just wierd to see it happen on the internet.  It's like there's some kind of 'voodoo' going on.

She insulted enough people here (including myself) in a far worst manner than a friendly advise of seeing a specialist.
In fact, I believe, she actually IS in need of a psychologist. Unfortunately, she does not realize it yet, and when she does it might be already too late.

I realize, very few people here might know her in the real life and hypothetically, I would even admit that she might be a wonderful person. It is however, has very little to do with her highly insulting and disrespectful behavior towards the members of this board.

Best, M

Is that true?  ???
I don't believe in this psychology business and even if that is the case, the never-ending psychologist cycle that GWK mentioned is still a high-level insult. I think a very honest self-criticism would be enough of a cure. Surely she has thought about these things while she was banned...?  :-\

The reason she frustrates the majority of us is because she manages to bring her religious views into unrelated threads, and then posts pages and pages of bible talk etc. despite the fact that no one cares to read this.  It would be for the benefit of the forum if she could keep these discussions to the appropriate threads.  If she was permanently banned I wouldn't mourn.

In her defense (again) while she was banned/away for ages, there were a number of religious threads around, and everyone seemed perfectly happy to bash religion in them. Put yourself in her shoes and imagine that people are insulting a major part of your life. Would you say nothing, or would you try to back up your beliefs? My bet is on the latter option.

If she was permanently banned I wouldn't mourn.

I would. She is a member of this community and has been for a while. PS is not the same without her, and nor is it a better place. Lay off the woman.

Yes, i would back up my beliefs, but i would not do it in unrelated threads.

Sometimes it appears she is almost asking for argument by infesting unrelated threads with her garbage. I know i tend to rattle on about immigration, but not in every single thread.

The women would probably benefit from some form of speciaist help and i hope for her sake she seeks it. Perhaps her kids should as well before they grow up to be deluded fanatics like she is.

Oh wait you mean she should seek help! :P
Well we all have characteristics that other ps users don't like, hers just seems a bit more...pervasive. Just leave her be and do your best to ignore her if she bothers you, let nils deal with it if she becomes a major problem.
