on: June 20, 2011, 08:25:29 PM
Take 2. Having read the preivous comments and I have now re-recorded this piece again. This is for grade 6 and would love to play it to a standard to which this piece deserves. Your comments again would be appreicated.
Thanks
played on a Toyo Apollo A360 upright, recored with a samson Condenser mic using Audacity on a PC.

I love this piece and enjoyed your recording. After listening, I went to your other thread to read the replies and suggestions there. Since I didn't listen to your first recording, I can't say whether or not you've improved, but some of the suggestions made
there
still apply
here
. Overall, the piece dragged a bit for me. Are you able to play it faster? I know it is the slow movement, but I would still like to hear the playfulness of Mozart.
You have a nice, light touch for this piece and play it with great dynamics and feeling. If you speed it up some, I think you will be able to do it justice.
