  Well maybe they would try to... get a lowdown on their dietary viability (whatever that means), but I don't think it would be good for them... those snails' poison is way stronger than anything else that people have ever eaten and tricky too, it acts as if it wasn't poison at all until someone decides to eat the poor snail and the trickiest part is that the poison can be transmitted telepathically!!!  Yes directly into the brain!! Well, i just thought i would warn people...

_@/    \@_  hmm lately there has been quite a lot of difficult and complicated words in this thread  So halucinagenic means that it causes halucinations like that you see and hear things which are not there? Well if it does than probably we little dudes are like that yes If some people think about eating us they first start seeing and hearing horrible things and if they still keep wanting to eat us then they die!!! But looks like all of the snails in this thread are not aware of their special powers and they are scared and keep leaving this thread....
