What is everyone learning at the moment?

I love them all, though finding a decent fingering for the first couple of pages of the Liszt gave me multiple headaches.

Chopin: Ballade in G minor (polishing for competition in mid April)
Bach: Prelude and fugue in G minor from Book one
Handel: Suite no.5
Beethoven: Sonata op.13 

I'm just finishing these up. After these I'm going to learn my first concerto. I'm still deciding which one. I also get to learn a Bach suite after this prelude and fugue

Splitting time between five Chopin works:

1) Nocturne in B-flat minor (Op 9 No 1)
2) Mazurka in C-sharp minor (Op 6 No 2)
3) Mazurka in B-minor (Op 30 No 2)
4) Waltz in C-sharp minor (Op 64 No 2)
5) Etude in C (Op 10 No 1)

I can play all of (1), nearly all of (2), about half of (3), 10% of (4), and virtually none of (5).

I'm practicing the etude mainly to work on my right-hand arpeggios.  I don't really anticipate I'll ever be able to play the whole thing at speed.  The others are definitely works I intend to master.

Hi!!

I started taking piano lessons 6 months ago.. & I played Khachaturian - Toccata!!! I'm gonna performe it in th annual fistival of the fine Arts institute were I study.. I'm 15 years old.. an american piano teacher came here 1 month ago.. & came to visit the institute, and I played chopin's nocturne op.72 no.1 & The Toccata for him.. and he asked me: how long have you been playing piano?? I said 6 months . & before that. I touched the piano for only 4 or 5 times in my life.. and he was like kind of shucked!!!
the good news is: American org (American voices I guess). will bring music & theater teachers from america, were th good studints will take lessons for 10 days. Hey, I'm going to the lessons too!!!! is that good or what?? oh.. I also finished 27 Hanons!!!
