Some kind of realistic, quasi-nightmare out of the blue shortly before waking up.  Dang, brain...

After the fog of sleep lifts.... Back to normal.  Haha... Oi, phew....

Another school shooting?  There just was one.  I don't pay that much to issues and don't have a stance on things, but I saw another recent "France" knife incident.  It actually made the news.  Someone stabbed one or two people in a French knife school stabbing spree.  I was thinking, "Big deal.  Why is that news?" when I heard that.

I’m proud of our president and his supporters.  I would say Canada had it coming.  For starters, they burned down our capitol capital capitol White House in 1812!!   >:(

I’m proud of our president and his supporters.  Donald Trump’s wildlife protection board wants to shoot everything that moves.  I would say Canada geese had it coming.  For starters, they crapped on my car the other day.   >:(

Recovery.  It's just as important as the push.  Whatever I've figured out, I figured out something.  And it explains why I've made progress by doing nothing sometimes (better recovery).

I'm too tired to go grocery shopping.  I don't have my normal food to eat.  I'm tired, so I'm eating whatever which isn't much.  It's too much mental work to deviate from what I normally eat.  Yet there's food at the store... Just not enough time or energy....

Still shin splints.

And this.   Give it full attention for a minute.  It's nicely packaged for the humor.  Make sure the sound is on for the clip.  There's no way to just link to the video.

Just ordered my first order from amazon.co.uk (united kingdom version) instead of USA version of amazon.  The only difference I can see so far (besides currency) is in email notification:

UK:
Your Amazon.co.uk order of "Goldmark - Piano Trios" has been dispatched

USA:
Your Amazon order of "Goldmark - Piano Trios" has shipped!

In UK, they dispatch. In USA, they ship.  ;)

That's actually interesting to me.  It's weird how language evolves and differs like that.   In the US you "ride" a bike.  In Germany, I think you "drive" a bike.

I'm wondering why if ghosts, who tend to be from the the past about 100-400 years ago, "haunt" or a computer or something technilogical.... If old people still living have trouble with technology, how the heck would a ghost from a hundred years ago or so have any ability to understand or deal with technology?  You'd think they be haunting with something like, "What... is this....?   I'm trying to haunt you..... but what... is this... thing you're using....?"

I just turned 60 years old.

Q:  What are you going to do in 20 years?

A:  First of all, you may not make it another 20 years so you may be worrying for nothing.  Just keep yourself in shape if you can.  It's up to diet, exercise, your genes and father luck.

Not seeing it really but what it would be like if you took whatever challenges are in your life now and overcame them to the point that they're insignificant....  What would be next?  If it was a situation where you thought, "This is my goal," but it's "Done!  Now what?  What's next?"

...instead of reality I suppose.

I've got a damn piece of a melody, and I can't figure out what it's from.  It's like a piece of an ear worm stuck in my mind now.  If I think about it, I know that's going to start ingraining the wrong info.  If I don't think about it, I won't get the answer, but ti will keep the peripheral memory of it intact.

Found it.  Phew....

Get Lucky Vintage Irish Tenor Daft Punk Cover
Scott Bradlee & Postmodern jukebox

At 1:22min in.  That melody line was starting to drive me nuts.

And I see the original has been taken down most likely.  One link had a copyright notice.  The original I can't find.

It was still annoying not to get the answer, but it was also interesting to be aware of "everything else," the things you can't put into words, expression/emotion, "synesthesia-stic(?)" things about music, etc.

It's the time of year to watch scary movies.  It must start around the fall solstice but it ends just after Halloween.  Then it feels like Thanksgiving.  But now it's at the beginning when horror movies match everything.

Makes it easier for me to find my way back home.   ::)

Still thinking about layers, but more planned I guess.  Each layer would be a different direction, like speed is one direction/layer, capacity is another, etc.  You push in one direction for a bit and then back off.  But instead of doing that with one aspect, do all aspects at the same time.  You might end up with something like pushing speed and pushing quiet over learning new chords.

If an increase in rest (positive?) also means an increase healing (positive?), but in that it means things toughen up a little more (negative?).  The solution might be easing/loosening up more, but it could just disrupt the usual work flow.

My brain is also hurting from this new format.,, wish it would go away!  Previously, it was nice to see a tabular listing of recent posts,  with the new format, more tedious and time consuming to get to the same result of know that yo read/reply to.

There's something about reading the text on it.  Smaller text or thinner characters.  I'm not sure what exactly.  Or maybe a mix of fonts.

Hm.  I feel like I've lost my sense of humor.  I had it but it's not the same now.  I wonder if it's gone.  And I wonder if that's bad, even though I'd like it bad again.  I did have more exposure to humorous things before, so it makes sense I'd have more of a sense of humor.  (Or is it aging?) (...possibly, plus goals and a deadline.) I wonder if I'm not the same as I still consider myself, without that same sense of humor.

And there was something else, but now it's slipped out of mind....

Could be personality thinning.  A sign of stress.  Solution?  Ease back, rest, reset, soften/break things up... and then return for the next push.

What I came here to post.... I don't think Benji is alive anymore.  Very possibly wasn't even alive when I saw the movie.   So I was watching a movie about a dead dog.
