Perhaps if you paid more attention to Shakespeare and all that complex language that you don't understand, you might learn in fact that the word  LEET  in fact signified certain types of medieval/manorial court which were called ''Courts Leet''.    


Shakespeare was the most accomplished and dazzling wordsmith in the English language.
Anyone that doubts this is quite simply needs to work on their own language in order to see what their deficiencies are, because for sure and for certain , Shakespeare is the standard.

My point was that maybe Shakespeare was relevant and that his body or works was probably fascinating to listen to 400 years ago and study...

...but in todays society, it serves absolutely no purpose in teaching 12-year olds about arcane and now unbeknown dialect... as it will just bore them stupid and there's nothing to learn from it anymore.

I never doubted it, I merely stated that it's not worth studying anymore, or at least it's not worth shovelling down the throats of teenagers... who'll just continue to grow up and despise it.
