Actually, even this isn't a fully accurate list. Notably missing are Sorabji - Sonata no. 5 and Symphony no. 0, which both top all of these (though I think I know why those two are missing). Finnisy's Verdi Transcriptions, History of Photography in Sound, and Ferneyhough's Quirl are missing as well. John Cage ASLSP should also be included, if you want to be pedantic.

Though honestly below those two Sorabji works and above around Xenakis Synaphai (6th on the above list), it becomes almost impossible to determine relative difficulty.
