This is one of the most inane threads I've ever read, but it does prove a point I've made for quite some time now regarding ability vs. looks. These days one doesn't have to truly be able to play very well. If the marketing is there and a stylist can do a little something with your face, then you're on your way. I always find myself laughing at those who claim "it's not about her/his looks", or, "gosh, I didn't even notice that she was beautiful". Please. The only reason you bothered was because of his/her looks...just admit it.
