Triple posts are allowed, but generally discouraged. Also, you can't delete your own comments but you can report them to moderator and provide a reason, and it should be removed within a day or so.

As for the multiple quotes thing, you can just click the "quote" option on top of a post, copy the text, and paste it into your reply.
