In any case, you should understand that, although the thread is indeed a "pictures" one, it is not off-topic per se to discuss or comment on the pictures that others post therein, nor is it actually necessary for the sake of on-topicality to post a picture oneself (unless Nils lets us all know otherwise)...

pianowolfi,  are you still there?  don't get mad at me now. the joke was in poor taste.  today i was riding my bike and my left forearm got kinda arthritic halfway back.  I had to take it off the handle bar and just relax it a bit.  i think i do understand those things that present themselves as irritating and sometimes downright terribly annoying.  Sometimes mineral and bone depletion might be a problem.  i still push myself 110% though - as you do probably 150%.  It's just life.  we go on.  It's not really a problem.
