that reminds me of one summer. I like golf and was golfing quite frequently. I also started liking to wear visors vs. caps. At the end of the summer I had a black streak of hair where the visor covered my hair and everything else was brown. I had been in the sun so long it had lightened my hair color.

don't feel bad.  you have company.  i wanted to post a pic with one of my new students and me with a ruler.

you know what i really wish i had the capabilities of is to videotape my lessons and watch it and critique.  and, also get some feedback from bernhard and my teacher.  i notice that my teacher sits a good three feet (at least away) and often leans back as not to intimidate or get into the space of the student.  he leans forward more after the playing is over - and leans back to listen. 

my studio is fairly small, so i will have to adjust the seating and make it so i am a little bit behind my student - or maybe a little bit out in the hallway.  this happened because i put an organ into my studio as well.  now, it's kinda crowded.  the only other solution is to be a little above his/her back sitting up on the organ bench looking down. (?)  or, i could get one of those library ladders and sort of whiz around on the walls.  say, does anyone teach from a balcony?  if i get one of those 'director chairs' i'll have to definately put in the hallway.  don't want to sit behind my students.  they might think i'm making faces.

I assume the quality and craftsmanship of your hat does not match that of your shoes? Perhaps you should look into that (Rubinstein was very fond of Panama hats; that is something to sink one's teach into). Or is this going to be your signature feature?

why does it look like you have really long left hand fingers and semi-short right ones?  it must be the angle.  koji, you're even good looking when you are trying to imitate pigeons.  i hate to think of what would happen to me if you were caught hanging off the side of a firetruck.

ps are you wearing matching shoes (it looks like the right is red and the left is black).  ok. any man who wears red shoes (or even one) doesn't have to ride a firetruck.  would you consider wearing d'lu cologne, too?  (makes him into the man of her dreams)  oops.  i cannot do this.  yes, i am married.  unfortunately, or fortunately, he is allergic to cologne and perfume.  it's probably a good thing for pianists, too,  since we don't want our audience having allergic reactions.

  Must be the angle, although my left hand is strangely slightly larger than my right.  The shoes, are indeed matching, the technical colour is "cognac" made by the excellent English maker Grenson:

  My ex got me a nice bottle of Creed (can't recall the exact type) cologne, but I rarely wear it.   
And wallets are too bulky--money clip all the way, heh.
